We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated terms
For Events, Workshops, all Ceremonies & Relaxation sessions:
All bookings are non‑refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend. Please email us with their name and contact details so we can update the booking
If we need to cancel the ceremony or event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date
One-to-One Therapy sessions:
(Including Acupuncture, Mindfulness Based Inner Re-patterning, and Bodywork)
One-to-One therapy sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full
Confidentiality:
All events, workshops, ceremonies and one-to-one therapy sessions are held in a confidential space. Please honour the privacy of all participants by not sharing personal stories, experiences, or any content disclosed by others.
Cacao Product Information:
The shelf life of our Ceremonial Cacao is up to two years when stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. You will find the Best Before date on the back of the pack. Natural cacao bloom (a white or pale coating) may occur and is not a sign of spoilage.
All cacao products are clearly labelled with ingredients and allergen information.
Cacao is a natural food product and may affect individuals differently.
It is your responsibility to check ingredients for allergies or sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions caused by allergies, misuse, or failure to follow product guidance.
It is your responsibility to assess if Ceremonial Grade Cacao is suitable for you. (Please read Important Health Considerations for Cacao for more information)
Cacao has many beneifts however, it may not be suitable for individuals who:
Have a heart condition or high blood pressure
Are taking anti-depressants (especially SSRIs or MAOIs)
Are taking high-dose supplements such as 5-HTP and St. Johns Wort
Are pregnant or breastfeeding,
Are sensitive to stimulants.
If you are unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before consuming ceremonial cacao.
(Please note that taking cacao during our ceremonies is optional. Your experience will still be meaningful, supportive, and beneficial whether or not you choose to drink)
Cacao Safety and Animal Toxicity:
Ceremonial Cacao is toxic to many animals and birds, including cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, ferrets, squirrels and parrots as they cannot metabolise the theobromine it contains. Even small amounts can cause serious harm or death. Do not give Cacao to them under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all cacao products are stored safely and kept out of reach of all animals and birds.

Ordering & Payment:
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into a purchasing contract.
Prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice.
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept debit and credit card payments through our secure payment provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a payment is declined, flagged for security checks, or suspected to be fraudulent. In such cases, you will be notified and any funds taken will be refunded.
Any additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider, such as transaction charges or currency conversion, are your responsibility. We are not liable for any fees imposed by your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing error, stock issue, or other unforeseen problem. If this occurs, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to change or update accepted payment methods at any time.
Shipping & Delivery:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. Dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability. If we are awaiting a shipment from our supplier, dispatch may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
No deliveries are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays
Postage within the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) (Mon-Friday only) or DHL for 2kg or more
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can check the delivery status of your order
We are not liable for any delays in delivery once your package has been handed over to the delivery provider. These are circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders dispatched to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer and we accept no liability for any delays arising from such errors.
We do not take EU or International orders at this time (Subject to change)

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, for open or partially used cacao, for personal dislike of taste, or for items that are damaged or incomplete due to customer handling. We also cannot accept returns for delays caused by postal services or for incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds may be issued if the item is defective, damaged in transit, sent in error or not as described. In these cases, we will provide a refund or replacement in line with UK consumer law and will cover any required return postage.
For any non-faulty or discretionary returns we agree to accept, customers are responsible for return postage costs and items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition. These items must be returned within 14 days of date of delivery.
We ask that any defects or issues be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.
Please email us with as much detail as possible about the reason for your return request, including photographic evidence where relevant.
After we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, sent in error, or not as described, we will approve a return or replacement. Once approved faulty items should be returned within 14 days so we can process your refund or replacement promptly.
If an order is returned to us as ‘return to sender’ or ‘undelivered’, the customer is responsible for the postage cost to re‑ship the item, and payment details will be provided.
Orders are not deemed lost until 30 days after dispatch. Any delivery dispute will only be concluded once Royal Mail or DHL has completed their investigation and confirmed the outcome.
If your order is delayed by more than one month and all provided delivery details are correct, a replacement parcel will be issued.
Order Cancellations:
Due to the perishable nature of cacao, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
If you contact us before your order has been processed, we may, at our discretion, be able to cancel it, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you choose to return the parcel once received, you will be responsible for the return postage costs for any non-faulty items..

Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
