From Overwhelm to Peaceful Presence.
A journey of Self-Care, Rest, & Renewal - Nourishing heart, mind, body & soul
When we are relaxed, our nervous system feels safer and our inspiration for life has room to flourish. It becomes our natural driving force, rather than feeling the need to force motivation, which can soon fizzle out
These sessions are rooted in the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, combining gentle somatic practices to release any stress or tension and to soften into your being, paving the way, from an often busy, distracted mind, into a more spacious easeful journey inwards.
From this place, you’ll be guided into the Inner Smile Meditation - a healing practice that promotes internal health, deep relaxation and presence; to be with what is, to come home to the heart and what is true for you, as we spread the energy of the smile throughout the body.
We also incorporate the energy medicine of the season to further support health and wellbeing in hamony with nature’s cycles and the turning of the wheel.
The deepest most nourishing rest, is rest of the mind and thoughts
You will leave feeling soothed, rejuvenated, resourced and more present, allowing more inner space for what really matters.
This is the perfect way to help the mind get on board to nourish and support the body and to be more in the heart in these potent transitioning times.
